Arike Ogunbowale

Arike Ogunbowale, aka Arike American professional basketball athlete who plays for the Dallas Wings of the Women's National Basketball Association. She was drafted with the 5th selection overall during the 2019 WNBA Draft by the Dallas Wings. Arike Ogunbowale hails from Milwaukee Wisconsin native born to Yolanda Ogunbowale. Mario Ogunbowale was her 26-year-old brother and Dare Ogunbowale, 20 years older. Being the youngest of her siblings, she was also the most lavishly treated from her family. Her father Gregory was with the Nigerian Army for quite some period of time. Ogunbowale is from a very active family background. Her brother Dare is a professional footballer and her mother Yolanda was a softball player at DePaul. Her aunt played volleyball at UAPB as was she has a cousin named Endia Oliver too plays Volleyball on the field at Tennessee State. Ogunbowale was on the school honour roll for three straight years. In addition, she has won numerous distinctions, and also received some fame and awards in her school's career. Arike graduated from high school instruction at Divine Savior Holy Angels High School situated in her home town. She played in three different varsity seasons during her time at school. Ogunbowale was able to lead her team to numerous victories thanks to her outstanding ability. Over her high school career she's scored 1,477 points, with 739 rebound. Ogunbowale has won gold medals in the 2013 FIBA Americas U16 Championship, 2014. FIBA U17 World Championship, and the 2013 FIBA 3x3 U18 Championship. She was named to the 7th July roster of 2014 and was also named to the 2014 USA Youth Olympic Women's Basketball Team. Ogunbowale is also selected on the ACC All-Freshman Team after her first season as a collegiate player. Kobe Bryant even thanked her for launching a series of huge shots in the NCCA Tournament. Ogunbowale, a basketball player in her early teens, is a player that has proved to be an excellent player. Arike Ogunbowale's wealth amounts to about $5 million, as per one report. Ogunbowale, a professional basketballer is also a star in other fields. She also plays soccer and even has won State Cups for the Lake County United Soccer Club. She also plays the piano for more than seven years.
